Book of Revelation--singular: "The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him to show to his bondservants..."

I'd advise you to read the Revelation someday when you take a break from trying to be witty and cute and perhaps you will then be able to find better descriptors for it than "lurid" or "bizarre" neither of which are at all apt. Kind of like the rest of your writing.

I have read the Book of Revelation. And I found it both lurid and bizarre, from the seven-horned lamb with seven eyes, to the Whore of Babylon, and all the scorpion-tailed locusts in between! Pretty trippy stuff, man!

Well kid,

As someone who has read the Book of Revelation any number of times, I concur with the blogger that it is nothing if NOT lurid and bizarre (and a slew of other adjectives not worth of my energy to type out here).

A beast comes up out of the sea having seven heads and ten horns and upon each horn a crown and upon each crown a diadem, etc. etc.

Yep, nothing bizarre about that at all. Symbolism or not.

Carry on.
