Flashlight Eye Fish

It comes in handy...

The triplefin fish is really cute. Slim, small and not a whole lot to look at, it doesn't seem like it's that dangerous to other fish. But not only are the fish carnivorous, but they have the ability to turn their eyeballs into massive powered flashlights and turn them on and off as they need to do!

Just as some animals use echolocation, these fish use photolocation to help navigate and find prey. Their eyes also turn colors in front of prey, glowing blue or red in the process. It's such an amazing adaptation from a seemingly benevolent creature. You'd never guess that they'd have demon eyes.
